The following is another example of how the liberal, no, allow me to correct myself, the left-wing media is racist. How many of you have heard or seen news reports on the 61 year old white man severely beaten by approximately 39 black students? Yeah, that is what I thought, not many. Several days ago, in Baltimore, some students were fighting after school. They were fighting in front of this man's home, falling into his truck. Some may have been standing on his truck using cell phones to video the action. He came to his door, asked them to stop fighting. They promptly attacked him, beating him senseless. The man has bleeding from the brain, broken eye sockets, injured ribs, and numerous other injuries. According to one of his neighbors, his medical bills will be in the $200,000.00 range.
As I stated, these were black students. Why hasn't the left-wing racist media reported this? Why are black people given a free pass when they commit such an horrific crime? I will tell you why. The left-wing media is chock full of racist. They believe black people are incapable of acting rationally. They believe black people must be protected from themselves and from society. This is pure racism, nothing less. I will give you another possibility. The left-wing media manipulates blacks for the sole purpose of creating situations that are news worthy and suit their twisted agenda. They will not report on the incident in Baltimore, because they know there are sensible black people in this country that will be outraged. Also, by not reporting it, they are letting the thugs (yes I said thugs) know that it is alright to act like savages. If the thugs feel it is alright, they will do it again. The left-wing racist media is all about creating chaos and discord among the races.
If a gang of white students attack a 61 year old black man and beat him senseless, it would be splattered all over the news. It would be a "HATE CRIME". Al Sharpton and all the other so called "black leaders" would be there with bells on.
If folk, both black and white would stop and think; they would realize they are being played for fools by certain elements in this country. There are people and groups in this country that want and promote a racial divide, it helps their cause.
That's the way I see it.

Liberal Racists

For too long, liberal politicians (Democrats) have taken the black people of the United States for granted. In any election, whether it be on the local, state, or national level, they automatically assume they will get the black vote. The sad fact is, of the roughly 10-20 percent of blacks that do vote; invariably vote Democrat. After obediently casting their votes for the liberal, racist, Democrats; they get nothing in return.
I once asked a black man why he voted for Bill Clinton for president. His reply was Clinton was a Democrat. My next question was, "What has Clinton done to for black people"? His reply was, "He partied with us". Meaning Clinton showed up at some black functions and played his saxophone. How pathetic is that?
I have posed the same questions to a number of black folk concerning President Obama. When I ask them for specific things Obama has done to help black people, I cannot get an answer. I then remind them that President Obama has done nothing. He had an opportunity to appoint a black woman to the Supreme Court, he chose not to. He could have had blacks in major Cabinet positions, he chose not to (except for Eric Holder). President Obama cannot even have a black press secretary. Two of the highest ranking people in the Bush administration were black, we cannot say that about Mr. Obama's administration.
Liberal Democrats seem to feel blacks are incapable of taking care of themselves. They must be protected and cared for by their liberal masters. The end result is we see vast numbers of people on government assistance. The welfare system is basically another form of slavery, trapping folk in economic and educational despair.
It is time for black people to look at other options during elections. Do not allow liberal, racist, Democrats to automatically assume they have the "black vote". Look at what happened in Mississippi during the last senatorial election. The Republican senator actively sought the black vote (which he needed) in order to defeat his Tea Party opponent. There was a similar situation in Louisiana, where two Republicans were running for the U.S. House; black voters were the deciding factor in that election.
So black folk, stop allowing political parties to assume they have your support, make them work for it. But you gotta get out and vote.
That's the way I see it.

Ignorant and Insensitive Fools

Can you believe the idiot worker at the Mississippi Subway taking joy in the murder of the two Hattiesburg policemen? How can anyone be so stupid? This hair hatted hooligan was dumb enough to post a foolish message on social media, dressed in her Subway uniform. Thank God Subway acted swiftly and fired her.
Now I ask, who else in Mississippi is going to hire her dumb ass? Maybe the thugs she so ignorantly supports will hire her, but I seriously doubt that. Maybe while she is unemployed, she will take some time to reevaluate her thinking and make some adjustments in her character. Oh, and I certainly hope she does not qualify for any government assistance. And if she is receiving any, cut it immediately.
That's the way I see it.

Trying This Again
I think it is time for me to get this blog started and do it right. After a number of attempts, starting, stopping, and just being away for over two or more years, the serious bug as bitten me. There is so much happening in my city, my state, my country, and the world and I need to put my feelings in writing in order to get some personal relief from all the chaos and disorder.
We have Ferguson, MO, ISIS, Common Core lawsuits, complaints against police in cities around the country. There is a ton of stuff to write about. Yes, I will write some stuff that folk will not agree with; however, look at the title of this blog. Remember, how one sees a particular event, is all relative to the position and perspective from which said event is viewed. Prior life experiences play a major part in how an even is perceived. So read what I write, agree with me or disagree with me; however, I ask that you respect my God given and constitutional right to freely express my opinion. You can be sure I will respect yours.

Illegal Immigrants and Schools
First of all, I have nothing against immigrants. This country was build by immigrants from nations all over the world. What I do have a problem with are illegal immigrants that slip across the border and then demand that with the stroke of a pen, they be made legal. This is a slap in the face to all those people that did it the right way.
My concern is how this will impact education in the states. The state of California is already in dire straits from having to provide educational opportunities to the children of illegal immigrants. Because they feel no need to learn English, states will be and are forced to provide Spanish-speaking teachers to address their needs. I wonder just how much the absorbing of these illegal immigrant children will affect the academic programs of American schools. One can easily see a lowering of standards and less emphasis on rigor in order to allow these kids to not fail. In ten to twelve years, how much value will a high school diploma have?
So what is the solution? Well, all people entering this country illegally should be denied the rights given to citizens and to legal immigrants. By granting these folk rights that they have not earned, we encourage further illegal immigrants to cross the borders. All states should follow the example set by Arizona, and pass laws that our federal government refuses to pass. If the states do not take a stand, who will? Certainly not the wimps and weasels in Washington, DC.

Black Folk Must Change
At some point black folk must assume responsibility for their actions and take positive steps to improve their lives, the lives of their children, and of their community. No longer can we blame our troubles on "the white man", on being poor, on not having equal opportunity for advancement. The blame for our misfortunes lay squarely upon our shoulders. Sure we have some of our black "leaders" ever ready to feed us the dribble that we are not given the same opportunities as white Americans, and sadly we listen and accept their words. We accept it because it relieves us of the need to take ownership, to look in the mirror and say, "I can do better, if I try".
So where do we begin, how do improve our lot in the country? Well, it goes back to embracing the values that black Americans held dear when we were truly oppressed. We saw the need for strong moral values, for a good education, and for respect of self, family, community, and country. Sadly those values are often absent in today's loose knit black "family". In so many instances, there is no father in the home. Young black boys and girls are growing up without a strong father figure to provide guidance and discipline when needed. Often the mother is just a young teenager with no parenting skill and no concept of what motherhood entails. The result is young black kid growing up wild, undisciplined, and lacking the moral guidance to become respectful and law-abiding citizens.
The lack of education is troubling. Some black youth and parent do not seem to understand the importance and value of and education. Each year when LEAP and iLEAP results are released we find black students and predominately black schools with the lowest scores. Again we buy into the trash feed us by our black "leaders" and say the tests are biased. But even without the high stakes test, we see our black schools and students falling behind their white counterparts. Folks, it is not due to bias or discrimination, it is due to the prevailing "I don't care" attitude found in the black community. The only reason in this world why a black child in the eighth grade cannot read is that the parent and the child "don't care". We have more opportunity for education, more technology to support education, more schools, more college, more access to libraries, than at any time in the history of the black race; yet it seems as if our individual level of education has declined in proportion to the increase in availability of educational resources.
This is not a condemnation of the entire black community. It is directed at the small minority who are so visible that it seems as if they represent all black folk. However, the entire black community must share some blame because we as a community support the leaders and thought processes that empower some in our community to not care, to fail to seek excellence, and tear down what has taken years to build. It is only when we as a community say "ENOUGH!!!” will the lot of our community and race begin to improve.

Obama's Plan??
Just what does President Obama want? What are his plans? Is the health plan he proposes the best thing for the average American citizen?
Personally, I don't like it. The whole plan smacks of socialism and each day reminds me more and more of that other ism that died in Russia, but still lives in China and North Korea. The middle class of America are already taxed to the breaking point. And Mr. Obama's plans, no matter what he is saying now, will eventually cost the middle class more taxes. Middle class Americans are now bearing a heavy tax burden, yet they are not able to get any help from the government when they are in need of it.
Each year at tax time the middle class, working citizen is forced to pay taxes to the IRS, while some sit back and wait on their Earned (UNEARNED!!) Income Tax Credits to roll in. The middle class, working citizen struggles to make ends meet, while those receiving the "unearned income credits" buy new furniture, cars, appliances, and jewelry with the money earned by the sweat of the middle class citizen. Such I fear will be the case with Mr. Obama's health care plan.
The middle class will pay for this ill conceived plan, and will not be able to "enjoy" what they pay for. I fear we will go the way of Canada and England, with those needing care placed on waiting list, until their illness reaches the point where treatment will do no good. Then they will be left to die without the benefit of needed medical attention. If anyone thinks the federal government is capable of running a health care plan efficiently, they have only to look at the medical services offered to our military veterans. Men and women who have been wounded and maimed, must fight a daily battle for medical services they so dearly deserve. If the federal government will treat their military men and women so callously, imagine the fate of the average American citizen in need of medical services if we are under a government run medical system.
It is time American citizen voice their opinions, like the people in Little Rock did. Let the senators and congressmen know we do not want this health care package. Black folk, do not be bound by a sense of loyalty to Mr. Obama because he is black, you owe no debt to the Democratic Party. In fact you owe no debt to any political party. Americans of all racial and religious backgrounds, must united and oppose Mr. Obama's plan. If he and those lawmakers supporting him fail to act in a responsible manner; remember the power of the ballot and vote the rascals out of office.
